400D NON-EARLY BIRD TIERS NOW SHIPPING!

We have exciting news to share with our 400D backers! We’ve BEGUN to fulfill orders containing NON-EARLY BIRD TIERS! Expect to receive a shipping confirmation email from our online store soon. Fulfillment of these tiers will continue for the next few weeks, and we have several thousands of orders to get through. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support.

In the meantime, as we continue to work fulfilling our 400D orders, we wanted to reach out to address some of the common questions that we’ve been getting:

I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

• If your order has not been shipped and you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to us at support@cinestillfilm.com. Do not log into your account and change your default shipping address, which will affect future orders placed on the online store. This DOES NOT edit the previously entered shipping address for an order that was already placed and is still unfulfilled, such as any unfulfilled 400D orders.

• We’re finalizing our 4x5 packaging, but we are still on schedule to begin shipping our 4x5 orders this coming winter. We’ll provide more details as we move along the process and get closer to fulfillment.
   

• As you know, late in our campaign we added a stretch goal of making 400D in 220 Medium Format. As popular as the idea was, we were unable to reach that goal during the timeframe of the campaign. We are continuing to explore all our available options to see if we can still make 220 CineStill 400D on a smaller scale. We’ll be providing more updates as they become available.
